Ask yourself just before you start to sing: What do I need to do to relax myself, thus allowing me to be a better instrument.
You may discover your knees are locked. Or your feet might be gripping the floor. Neck tightness and Jaw tightness are also very common for singers to experience.
You might not even be aware of these little habits we develop. By becoming aware of these tensions and releasing them, you will be amazed at how they can free up your voice.
